Business use is unapproved. Property-specific planning permission, service and professional requirements, fire safety, access and acoustic design must be established before a conversion or therapy tenancy. The WC layout is a spatial study, not a certified accessible toilet.
About the build
The existing-layout reconstruction is the starting point. Five separate design studies explore a family home, two staff-housing options, a hacker house and a therapy-house feasibility study.
The 3D views use the actual Blender geometry. You can rotate a floor, zoom in and choose a room view. The 2D images show both floors from above.
These are reference and design studies, not measured surveys, approved plans or completed renovations. Exact location and original source files remain private.
